Psa. 68:19 is a demonstration of a grateful heart to God for all His benefits. God is so gracious and generous that He loads us with benefits daily. Not weekly or monthly. No day goes by that God doesn't load you with benefits, things that benefit you. Just in case you don't see these benefits, Psa. 103:1-5 gives us a summary. 1. He forgives us daily. Even before you start your day sinning by omission or commission, He has forgiven you. No matter the quantity or quality of your sin. He knows you will sin before the day ends so He prepares your remedy. You only access His forgiveness when you realize you have sinned, repent of it and receive His forgiveness. Case closed. Once forgiven, twice free. 2. He heals all your diseases. He knows you will get sick from those your bad habits, hurts and hang ups. He prepares your healing before you get sick. When you get sick, don't die with it because your healing is provided for. 3. He redeems you from destruction. He knows there are those who hate you for whatever reason and they are working hard to destroy you. Just before they succeed, God delivers you. Think of the many times He has delivered you from your haters and their plots. 4. He puts His crown of favor and mercy on you. No wonder people treat you nicely because God has shown you mercy. No wonder people just like you. Every time you post on Facebook, even if it is stupid, they still like it. God has favored you. 5. He puts food in your mouth. Many can eat but don't have food. Many have food but can't eat. For you, the story is different. You can eat and God puts food on your table. Every time you eat and drink, remember, God is kind to you.
