DEVOTION FOR TODAY

The key to being alive is to believe. In fact, the word believe is a combination of the two words be live or be alive. Just like God spoke light be in Gen. 1:3. The same way in Gen. 2:7 He spoke into a mass of mud: be live. By that, He spoke His kind of life into this mass of mud so that as He is able to create and construct, the same way this man can create and construct. Man is the only created being in God's class or God kind. What makes man and God of a kind is the believe factor. Man just like God CAN believe and by so believing create whatever he believes. The proof of believe is creativity. Only believing people are creative people. If you believe you will be creative. If you are not creative, you are not believing because you are dead. Death is the result of not believing. When you don't believe, you have determined your death. When you believe, even if you were dead, you will be forced to come alive. No matter what your condition is right now, the change is in your heart. No one can change what only you can change and that change is in your heart - the command center of your believe. Believe is a choice you must make for yourself. No one can make that choice for you. Decide today to make that change by believing God and your capacity to create a better world.
